New Release: Vampires & Vigilantes

I'm pleased to announce the release of Vampires & Vigilantes, Book 1 in my rebooted Sorcery & Science series.

Story Description:

From princess to private detective.

Exiled, stripped of her title and magic armor, former paranormal princess Terra Cross is living a new life as a private detective. Working side-by-side with her father, she hunts down galactic bail jumpers hiding on Earth, rescues kidnapped children from otherworldly gangsters, and stops ritualistic summonings of interdimensional monsters.

But her old life comes knocking when a vampire solider shows up on her doorstep with a job: to find the missing twin heirs to the vampires’ empire. Assailed by monsters and machines, Terra seeks the help of the galaxy’s most infamous assassin, a darkly tempting mage with devastating telekinetic powers. What begins as a rescue mission, however, soon grows into a conspiracy that reaches back centuries and spans worlds.

Vampires & Vigilantes is a new urban fantasy novel set in the rebooted Sorcery & Science universe.

Kandas, I'm working on Alex's last book right now. I estimate it will be out in September or October. Naomi's next book will take a bit longer (likely early next year) because I promised fans the next LoA book as well.

In terms of the next Sorcery and Science book, saying it will be out in 2018 is not very specific. Can you give us some idea what point in the year the book might be forthcoming? If the date is too ambiguous I tend to put the book on my "forget about it" list. It's too frustrating. I loved the book, as I love most of your writing!
